OUR PRODUCTS
Our thin soft flatbread, Fjällbröd, originates in ancient bread tradition from northern Sweden. It is equally suited to make sandwiches for the tuckbox, for afternoon tea as well as for elegant open crayfish sandwiches. Fjällbröd is used both in the private household and by caterers.

The soft flatbread is baked from wheat, rye and multigrain flour, in a modern bakery in Lidköping. All our bread is frozen immediately after the baking process, in this way it keeps its freshly baked properties longer. The bread defrosts in just a few minutes at room temperature, but can also be heated in the microwave.
